Shipping Policy

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to most of the countries in the world (see below list).

North America: US, CA
Europe: UK, all 27 European Union countries.
Oceania: AU, NZ
Asia: CN, HK, ID, IN, JP, KR PH, SG, TW, TH
Middle East: IL, SA, AE

If you live outside of these areas, it may still be possible to ship your order. Please email us with your country and desired items. Then we will reply to confirm whether we can ship your order and the shipping costs.

I live outside the Australia. Will I pay any VAT, taxes, or duty upon arrival?

No or may be, it depends on your total order amount and location. You may be charged import VAT/tax/duty upon arrival (extremely likely in EU/UK for all orders and in CA for orders over $40 CAD). Giza Games will not reimburse these charges.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracker number. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

For most Australian orders will arrive approx. within 5-8 business days.

For most international orders will arrive approx. within 8-15 business days.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or missing items?

Please do not open the package and take multiple pictures of the package, including the shipping label. That way we can file an insurance claim with the carrier, as needed.

If you open the package and inspect the contents, taking further pictures as needed. If your items have substantial damages, please email us with pictures and we will offer you a partial refund or replacement items.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, although there are situations where a refund is not possible. If you have any issues with our products, please email us as soon as possible.

Collaboration

Can we collaborate on a project?

We love collaborating with board game presses and content creators! We are able to offer games in exchange for your coverage. Please fill out our Media Partner Survey and we can discuss more details.

Do you work with outside artists?

Yes - we are always looking to collaborate with talented artists on game projects. Please email your portfolio and we can discuss more details from there.

Do you accept game submissions?

Yes - we actively looking for new games to publish, so we are happy to chat with you about your game anytime!

Your submission must meet both of the following criteria:

1. The game includes a solo mode
2. Your game must not be released by other publishers.

Can I sell your games to customers in my store or online?

Yes - we are happy to sell direct to retailers. Please email us your store details and we can discuss further.
